2024 Summer Saddle Up Camp Information

Windover has been offering kids camps for over 20 years. 

We are hosting only 3 SADDLE UP KIDS CAMPS 

DATES ARE for 2024 

 July 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th

July 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th

August 19th, 20th, 21st, 22nd 

We welcome a max of 12 campers per camp, they sell out quickly.

Camp cost is $400.00  9:00am to 1:00pm – Monday to Thursday 

CAMPERS RIDE EVERY DAY! NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

4 FUN Filled Horsey Days! The kiddos will have lots of hands on horse experience guided by our awesome staff!  

Daily Riding Lessons – English and Western Options– Riders get an Excellent start to good horsemanship AND Lots of  time in the saddle. Kids get ride time on the trails and in the arena! 

• some other activities include, crafts, Hiking, Exploring the property, team Games
• Horsemanship Work in hand and under saddle, catching, Leading, grooming, Picking feet, Learning Horse Anatomy, Emphasis on Safety, Learning about Equine Nutrition, and what it looks like to care for horses on the daily. 
• Students with or without horse experience are welcome. We provide excellent school horses or bring your own.
• We provide helmets for our campers. All our campers receive excellent instruction under saddle, with strong emphasis on stable management and horsemanship.
• The kids have a blast and get so much horsey time!   
• Activities include crafts, and hiking and games.  With our facility on over 270 acres it allows for many exciting and fun adventures.
• We are happy to answer any other questions you may have. For our beginner riders we put an emphasis on learning safety basics and grooming and tacking up and of course riding. For our more experienced campers we provide instruction according to ability/level. 

We provide Insured/Certified Instruction
